Anyone have experience ordering used gear from HiFi Heaven?
I’m considering a pair of Klipsch Forte IV and they have some used on their site that are $1k to $1500 less than new. They also have some Cornwallis at a nice price, but I think those will be too much speaker for my room.
Have you called Mofi support. Maybe they can help you troubleshoot.
I had to make some similar adjustments when I got my Ultradeck to get everything leveled out.
I did notice that the queue shelf can be moved up and down a bit. Once I got everything set and sounding good I haven’t touched it.
I picked this up for nostalgia. My Dad had it when I was growing up. I might have listened to the A side 2x and wore out the title track.
I likely may never listen to the A side on this copy. 😂
Very true. The big game changer in my recent upgrade cycle has been the Darlington Labs MP7B Phono Pre. It raised the bar for my old Project EVO and the Ultradeck. My vinyl never sounded so good.
I'm still living the Kinki life and loving it. As @Ghost mentioned it's a quality piece in terms of performance and looks. Even the remote.
I didn't have a chance to audition it prior to purchasing, I relied on reviews from the likes of Nemo Propaganda, Steve Huff, Jay's Iyagi and New Record...
If you’re seriously considering Decware you should get your order in ASAP.
I ordered a Zen Triode in October 2022 and they are currently working on orders from January 2022 so best case I’ll see my amp by the end of this year or early 2025.
In the meantime I’m trying to determine what...
I don’t think it’s necessarily people ‘on the right’. I think it’s more people of a certain age that still have land lines and that demographic tends to skew more Republican.
