Eh, it's about as common as it's been the last 6-7 years. They frequency might have increased, but they're also reviewing a lot more stuff than they used to. And there's quite a few BNM designations these days, but the average rating is a lot lower. Nowhere near as many 9+ ratings as there used...- ayayrawn

The other cool thing is that Ethan Hawke made a movie about Flannery Oconnor in my city last year (my friend mentioned above worked on that too, in a minor role) and it's finally premiering in town tomorrow - and Ethan will be there! Exciting stuff.- ayayrawn
