Can anyone help me figure out why my Loxjie p20 amp is playing so quietly? I’ve never set up a headphone amplifier and I can’t figure out why the volume is so low.

The more I listen to Purple Mountains, the more sad I get. Berman was a phenomenal lyricist. Despite it all he found so much humor in his pain. I can't help but listen to this album as a goodbye. Some of the lines are just eerie looking back.
