Or darker speakers. All kinds of combinations. Goes back to that synergy situation.
It has crossed my mind to go all silver on interconnects and then copper or blended weaves for the speakers. And this option paralysis is why I haven't changed out as many cables, lol.
It might be. The mentioned it while showing the new Fender deck, and that deck had the current arm on it at the show. The ability to upgrade the arm would be appealing.
I mean, they still have 2 tables under $2k. And the Forever One is not being advised as an entry level product. It's towards the middle of the range, and the arms is as well.
Hadn't seen these - they look pretty nice as well! Fairly close in price too. I believe VPI is expecting go to market at about $2k retail with their S arm.
Following up on this situation, and I have to say Mofi is really going above and beyond.
They gave me two options:
1 - send the table in and they would have the new motor installed on my existing table, and they'd cover shipping both ways.
2 - they send me a new B-stock table at no cost to...
I have yet to find a better priced solution of the same quality. I have things higher on my priority list, but I'm confident that at some point this will be in my home.

Torus is the brand I see when isolation transformers come up, but it's just few and far between. Worth...

This is also where I'm at. In my system a power conditioner has never blown my mind. I put it below cables for chasing that final squeeze out of the system unless you are trying to resolve something.
However unlike cables and other tweak type upgrades, it also has the added benefit of...
Or you can always upgrade the cable later.
And on that note, it's another huge value add that these include a cable. Options like AQ and many others do not.
Ah, ASR. The land of measuring and judging before or even without listening. My favorite type of audiophiles. /s
"Massive 9,000 Amps Repetitive Rating, three dimensional, non-sacrificial voltage surge protection."
Meaning it not only has surge protection, but that means if it take a surge hit, it doesn't kill the unit.

I'm going to toss in one more wildcard, the Argento wall outlet. This comes in at $4k, but it goes directly into the wall replacing your normal outlets. A friend of mine got this installed, and he said he was a more significant difference than his power conditioners, and he was using upper end...
