Me too. I’m starting to get annoyed. Got the tracking number a few days ago and still shows “label created”. I don’t remember anything else ordered online taking over 2 weeks to ship when in stock. I used to get frustrated with Acoustic Sounds taking 4-5 days 😂

I also have an upgraded power cable on the Ultradeck, but I have done so many small tweaks that I don't know which one is more effective! It does sound really good now, compared to a few months ago when I got it. The one thing that blew my mind is something I believe I read somewhere on this...

I ordered on 12/31, got confirmation on 01/01 but nothing yet. I sent an email on Tuesday requesting an update, no reply so far. It's possible they are simply overwhelmed with orders.

I don't have any experience with the brand, IMHO there's better out there as entry level. Maybe need to budget just a little extra. I would recommend the U-Turn Orbit (I believe is $249) or Fluance RT-80, closer to this price range.
