I never thought this is what his first season would bring. I thought we'd compete for a Champions League spot. What a dream season. He unlocked guys all season that never had this potential under Klopp like Grav. The defense was superb. And Mo is Mo. Thrilled that the fans got a proper celebration after the incomplete one in 2020.
 
Well today was a footballing nightmare for me. Congratulations to the cheats and the scousers through gritted teeth. We are a long long way off but hopefully by next season we can at least make being a fan fun again.

Congrats!! Never saw this coming in Slot's first year. Actually have a poorly aged facebook spat with a Liverpool friend of me saying new Slot and old Mo, you'll be lucky to make Europe next year 🤡

Here's to next year and hope that the injury/red card bug doesn't ruin the race for us
 
I think you guys are due. It's coming. It took Liverpool a few years of almost making it, a down City, and some injury luck to climb the mountain again. I think you guys will get there next season. We'll have a lot of pieces to replace and I never have faith in FSG to pay up for talent. That's why I'll enjoy this one for a while. I'm hoping Jurgen is there for the victory parade. He had a massive hand in this with his talent evaluation. He left some great pieces in place for Slot.
 
So the first trophy I really properly remember United winning is the cup winners cup in 1991 against Barca. Adidas have reissued the kit, which was always a belter, so I’ve totally had to get it.

Great to see Robbo and Sparky involved too.
