They tend to be a pain. You'll likely have to send back before they replace.

I’ve only ever had one warp experience with them but they sent out replacements without me having to lift a finger. I sent them and email with pictures. Give it a shot.

They're already being a pain with giving me a free copy of the magazine. They're saying spending money on giftcards doesn't count towards the spend $75 get it free, but it doesn't say giftcards don't count anywhere. Starting to wonder why I was trying to support them.
