It was a comment made in jest - postcard, USPS, it's in the mail, etc... That said, it would be wild if they actually mailed the signed postcards.

Mine was included, but it was not inside the jacket, IIRC. I believe it was outside the sleeve.

I sent them an email but it's not a huge deal. Looking at reddit, there were quite a few issues. Some people got unsigned postcards. One person got one with only two signatures, and another got one with four (!).
