Easily the worst song I've ever heard Bon Iver on, and I usually love everything he does. Nothing special about it at all. At least I learned for sure that he sounds better with the effects on his voice than without.
I was trying to avoid Taylor chat today, but comparing it to a true artist like Fiona made my blood boil a bit. This album 100% isnt for me and I'll go back to letting yalll enjoy it. Sorry for the flare up.
Taylor is a true artist just as much as Fiona, I think you just can't get past the fact that Taylor actually made a really good album co-writren and produced by artist you appreciate
I havent liked the national in a long time (High Violet is their last good album) Maybe I'm upset Bon Iver worked with her, but whatever. And Taylor isnt on the same planet as Fiona, very few are.
I don't agree at all, but I'm sure you'll find others who do around here. The album is decent for what it is(Taylor does indie rock), but don't think it reaches near the magnitude of what Fiona put out. I mean, is there even any barking dogs? I'd compare it more to like a Lana Del Try album. I like her, but could also live without it.
