    tbh i actually am kinda excited for the new porter robinson album... the singles have been pretty good and that sky fest set was pretty great

    i hate that i have now experience the worst ever dish warping of an album i EVER gotten... one side is so bad it doesn't touche the platter... SOMEHOW it still plays...

    i learned 2 things... 1. wash your records as soon as you can and listen... and 2. find out an issue BEFORE the return window is over

    What outer sleeves do you recommend, I don't like how my first 50 were mofi outers and don't feel the same as my sleeve city, and I don't like how the sleeve city ones crinkle to and don't always fit a bigger record or just leave pointless bloat

    As long as they protect the records, you’re fine. The 5.0 seem more “premium” if that’s what you’re after. It also depends on how many records you are resleeving. It’s about twice as much to use the 5.0s

    Also I think I just really kind the idea of resealable because every time I finish u can just put it m back, no small area of just air

    @MikeH, if I were resleeving my collection I wouldn't be buying the 5.0's, lol. I started using them early on so it's been an "as needed" thing, which is an easier pill to swallow. ;)

    this olivia rodrigo song sounds like the diet coke version of every other late millenial gen Z art pop artist combined into one (like the comparisons to lorde, taylor, billie, and maybe even a bit of indie darlings like julien baker and soccer mommy are clear as day).... of course it hit number 1 because of drama over a disney show

    It’s absolutely diet Lorde, but I think it’s ok. I never would’ve expected a song like this to come from a Disney star and the fact that she came from out of nowhere with a #1 hit is actually kind of impressive.

    ...with that said, the fact that it might become more commercially successful than anything Lorde’s put out in the last 5 years hurts my soul a bit.

    I am the same Dukey. I love Their bigger post Pet Sounds albums. Though Their are still some amazing gems on their earlier albums too. Beyond what others have suggested; I would also add their “Lost Album” SMiLE (Not to be confused with Smiley Smile) and Their R&B album Wild Honey.

    ...Also, I would suggest checking out the album Holland. It’s a pretty great album on it’s own but it has a 3 song suite called “The California Saga” that is one of the most proggy things The Beach Boys ever put together.

    Lastly, I don’t know how you feel about Disco, but check out The Disco remake they released of their song “Here Comes The Night” that they released in 1979.

    the lana song is alright but it doesn't feel like its going to be as great as NFR was and might in a way be a regression (lana is weirdly the worst part of the song, the production is great but i wish the lyrics and performance weren't as... typical)

    Streaming tidal through USB Audio Player Pro is so glitchy

    It's little 75% chance of having the music either have trouble encoding or just completely turn silent then try to skim through every song even though it's still playing the last one

    @MikeH I'm actually running audirvana on my laptop really well now.

    Also on the tidal main app absolutely none of the issues (I have an lg V35) I've been trying to talk with the Devs giving them the logs and everything and they think it's a power issue when the app is already excluded power wise

    Glad the laptop is working well now! Silly me didn't realize that USB Audio Player isn't for your laptop. Especially with being at home all the time now, I rarely listen to music directly through my phone anymore.

    I listen to my phone often and my phone is a native mqa decoder and renderer so I bought UAPP to play bitperfect for every song, the hard part is they assume it's my internet connection (it's not tidal alone works fine), or me not having it on power savings exclusions (again not true)

    i have trouble not touching my antistatic brush with my hands even when i try to do it right (when moving the handle i accidentally touch the bristles).. should i replace it?
