Oh wow. In college at the radio station, our production manager made us record station IDs and PSAs, etc., to mini disc. Then we had to use those discs during our show breaks, making sure we selected the right ones, out of like the 60 tracks, that the programming director wanted us to play for that hour

My Sharp Minidisc player (along with 20 or so discs) is likely still stashed away in Reebok box sitting in my mom’s attic.

I wonder if mine still works.
