It's kind of a weird situation because the current owners still live there and are requesting a "rentback" which I guess means even if we buy it they have time to look for another place but they have to pay us rent until they leave. The realtors say it's common.

I don't know if you can tell from the photos or not but as soon as we walked in, I noticed that the current owners have our same AT LP-120 turntable by the front door and it had a hot pink pressing of Back To Black by Amy Winehouse on it.
