Considering I buy so few records in person anymore, that’s a tough one. When I do go out, it’s normally to Record City on East Charleston. Mostly because of the guy(Joey) who works there. He’s super nice. The store is generally a mess but that’s ok. Small section of new releases and a hodgepodge of everything else.

There’s also Record City on Sahara that’s cleaner and has more new records and a healthy selection of used. Of course there is Zia Records-2 locations. Lots of new, used, video games, pop culture stuff etc etc.

I used to enjoy 11th Street Records but at one point they stopped carrying new and their used inventory + pricing was a hot mess. However, their recent IG activity indicates that could be changing.

Everything @Ginormousthumbs said. Joey at RC is good people. In general, if you're visiting here, your time would be better spent not going record shopping. That's the truth of it. If you're a local it's fine enough but if you're a visitor you won't miss out by abstaining.
