They sent out an email saying they were really far behind and are a very small in house operation, but I've been waiting on a huge order the same amount of time. I haven't bothered reaching out yet.

I ordered at the very beginning of their big sale and it took 16 days to get a shipping notice, and the tracking on that only says shipping label created still 9 or 10 days later, so I don't know if it's actually moving or not but I'm also used to things taking longer than seems reasonable, because Canada.
