I didn't want to go in the summer also, but I had a private trip booked this summer and my dumb ass somehow managed to reserve for next year 
. I got 7 rooms in total, I'm keeping one and trying to offload the other 6. On the bright side, it seems like a really nice hotel. In positive that the price I found online was a mistake.

Hotel policy is non-refundable and can't cancel. Already talked with them about a change of dates, but they will only refund me if I make a new reservation for the dates I need(if available). So basically they want me to spend around $6,500 for a new reservation and only then they would refund me for my original reservation(around $3000 USD).

That's why I think they don't want to change my dates. My theory is they made a mistake in uploading prices for those dates and I managed to see them and grab them up.
