Time to threaten the negative review

I requested that he check to see if it was sent as he had a few sold around the same time. I am essentially trying to give him an out. I also said I'm sure it's a simple mistake that can be resolved but it does seem suspicious given that the record sold for less than he wanted - he messaged during the auction to say he wanted over £450 as a minimum. It sold for £60.
