@MyWifeHatesTrain i can understand liking drops of jupiter... but no... guilty pleasures are a thing... especially when the music you like you know is by a horrible person or in any other context you would HATE this song

Meh.. I disagree just because you connect with a piece of art that is either by a terrible person or about a terrible thing doesn’t make you a terrible person. We are complicated beings and there is no reason to feel guilty over art.

i mostly know it because i knew at least one person who actually liked the beat on B.O.B's flat earth song... where he knows completely that the lyrics are abhorent and wrong on every level but the beat is just super catchy to him.. or similarly I think some 6ix9ine songs honestly kinda bop (gummo legit is a stupid party song) but I would never admit to enjoying a song by such a shithead

And I’m telling you… there is no reason to feel guilty about it. There are A LOT of people on these forums that dig Emenim and I would say there isn’t much difference in content there.
