I’ve never seen a tour announcement preced an album announcement like she did yesterday. Must be some finishing touches or logistical things with the label that she cannot announce it yet.

At the show I saw her at in mid June, she said "album in the Fall with singles before that, one in July, one in …" So def logistics at play, but I'll remain hopeful July is still in play, not many days left!
