Sorry man, I hated it, I was always on a top floor and my downstairs would complain about my wife and I walking. Builders build the apartments shitty with no sound proofing and then people complain at you because of it. I don't like paying property taxes and insurance but I will take it all day over apartment living.

No one has ever complained, however now they are building a new complex next to my old complex so I have to listen to that five days a week for what will likely be 2-4 years of construction on top of all the other sensory inputs I can’t control.
