I loved my Classic 3 until I had problems and VPI was incredibly unresponsive and pushed the onus back on me eventually, as if to suggest I abused their kit. Jumped ship and landed on a MoFi MasterDeck. With the exception of some initial installation hiccups I've never regretted the transition.

Looks nice, just completely gave up on VPI because their service this last few years was non-existent. Pleased with my MoFi. Don't regret the decision and their TT division is located within two hours of my place.

Definitely contact MoFI directly from their website. Best to get resolve from the original source.

My replacement MasterDeck should arrive next week, had the same lifter issue. Having spent a lot of time with MoFi, they're aware of the problem and able to upgrade first run units upon request. 2nd run have the updated part(s).
