Day 1 - Black History Month - Play something by a Black artist, something that has influenced your listening over the years. One of my all-time favs. Herbie Hancock - Headhunters.

I'm not going to get a seizure, but the strobes do bother me too much. That is one aspect of live shows that I do not like. I try to remember to bring sunglasses, which helps a little. Otherwise I just close my eyes and look down during those moments.

Spinning it now, wishing I could at least go to the closest venue at the Cincinnati show. But I have commitments on that weekend :( Please extend the tour and come to Louisville!!

Just got off an American Airlines flight. Allison Russell was featured on their in-flight entertainment. It was just one song video, but pretty neat to see. The Returner was the song.

Router with a roundover bit. This board was a lot more involved than the previous ones, since the end-grain is exposed. You have to be a little more careful on the edges to not create snipe or tear-out of the wood fibers. The roundover bit takes care of most of that, then a lot of sanding.

Latest cutting/charcuterie board if you squint and tilt your head a bit, there's a 3D effect that makes it seem like rows of boxes. This one is maple, cherry, and walnut.

Saw a friend's band play some rock and blues covers. He's the second sax player from the left. They are quite good!
