Psychonauts 2 (and 1) always feel criminally under appreciated. Love both of those games. Also with Sleeping Dogs, I still quote the pork bun guy to this day. His advertising never failed to work my entire playthrough.

Science SARU is doing it. Not super familiar with their catalog, but they did Devilman Crybaby, which had some mind blowing animation. Dandadan's only got 2 episodes out so far, but it's been a lot of fun and continues that level of insane animation technique and shot composition.
