Just popped in to say Modern Life is Rubbish and 13 are my two favorite Blur albums.

What an odd coincidence; my family and I are staying in Interlochen for a few days in July, though I'd never heard of it before. My bio-father lives in Benzonia near there and we want to visit.

Holy moly, about 20 years ago my friends and I obsessively played WWE royal rumble on the Xbox. We made so many characters (spiderman, mickey mouse, bjork, captain beefheart) as well as versions of ourselves. When it came time to pick the entrance music, I used Sexy Boy. I also wore a baby blue...

Another thing about it: as a kid, watching the first two obsessively, seeing Luke trying and failing at the end of Empire, in RoTJ when he walks into Jabba's palace clad in all black, just totally confident, was...amazing.

I was six, as well. I was obsessed with Star Wars leading up to RoTJ's release. I remember having a collectible magazine with tons of behind the scenes photos, as well as stills from the film. Developed a massive crush on Carrie Fisher, even at six. The movie just seemed so BIG to me then...

Got my local an hour before opening, there were about fifty people ahead of me, but still got what I was looking for (blur, Sigur ros, Hal Blaine, Poe) and had to walk away before I spent more. I’m just assuming a whole lot of folks were there for Taylor.

My wife and I finally started watching Parks and Rec a few weeks back, we're about 1/3 of the way through Season 3 now. I'm not sure why we ignored it so long; it's pretty freaking great.

I can relate to not being able to play my metal and hip hop records until I'm the only one in the house. Then the Emperor and Rapsody go on.

I didn't know that. I see Tommy Larkins play a lot with Howe Gelb out here in Tucson.
