If there is obvious audio stuff going on I think they will be quick to replace. This is probably why they cracked down on sending replacements.

Yeah this seems to be a new thing. I have ordered a lot in the past and the time that there was a problem they were nice and helpful. I still had to send a video of the problem but the record was replaced promptly. I'm kind of trying to reserve judgement until customer service gets back to me.

My Lee Moses was a little warped as was the Country Funk. Kinda sad I expect most new/modern pressings to be a bit warped.
