I just listened to this again tonight! I got my copy from dusty groove. Compared to the audiophile-grade jazz reissues that we’ve been spoiled with lately, this is a step or two below. But it’s a nice package and, as @Selaws said, a great album. Familiar but fresh with great tunes.

Not sure how many free jazz fans we have here, but this newish release of an Akira Sakata/Takeo Moriyama concert from 1986 is amazing. Vinyl has been delayed but I got the CD set and it sounds really good.

Ooh boy…with the abundance of classic records on Impulse this would be a hell of a choice
