    From what I can see, the Zephyr MIMC Star ES does come in both low and high output.

    I love it. Granted I don’t have much to compare it to since my first phono preamp was the 20/20 then I went to the Duo. But, truly, I can’t imagine ever needing to upgrade again.

    Have you ever tried elevating your Fortes? When I am sitting on the floor with head closer to midrange driver I think it is even more open and dynamic.

    I only have about 20 hours on them so far. I hear the bass opens up a bit after about 100 hours (time for speaker surrounds to loosen up). But I really don't need more bass. I was listening to The Cranberries - Everybody Else is Doing it... and spent the whole album just focused on the drums...

    I did a thing. Forte IVs in the house and, oh, do they sound BIG. They are powered by the setup to the side. The JBLs are a part of my surround system powered by the Integra receiver.
