Update: all my 20+ November orders still outstanding but my Jan ROTM has shipped. Beggars belief.

I think they’ve started doing tracking. Certainly internationally I’ve been a member since Aug 2019 or something and last month was the first tracking mail I received.

Never had any issues. Ship internationally and they’ve all turned up in the UK with no issues. Condition has been great. Swaps easily accommodated. Very quick CS responses. Obviously limited choices as it’s linked to specific record labels but for what it is I’ve enjoyed it.

Just got another “send good vibes” mail. My second. So prob about ten CS mails now none of which actually are anything other than automated nonsense.

What happened to only 5% of orders being outstanding and would be cleared by w/ending Dec 29th. That was their last update. so that week they only had 5% left to clear. We are over a week later. Really who believes any of this stuff anymore? Is anyone actually working at VMP anymore? there...

Still waiting on over 20 records from November. Received probably my 7th or 8th email variation saying “hey we are still trying to get to the bottom of it all etc etc”. It comes across totally patronising. Is clearly a cut and paste job. Mentions no specific info and is completely misjudging the...

ok cool thanks. I've had about 6 mails telling me not to send another one. But no actual proper reply. Why tell people on an individual basis instead of a mass email just giving an update. Infuriating.

Can I just ask where they said they would do that? Was it on twitter? facebook?

And yet the VMP Doggystyle is available from Juno Here in the UK to anyone and everyone. Farcical.

No need to dial back. Every missed order is ridiculous. Hopefully they come to their senses soon. But to make zero contact is the really ridiculous part.

Where do people get these updates? Why don’t VMP just actually email customers. I wouldn’t have known about the big updates on their page hidden away on a certain bit of CS section if it wasn’t for this forum. Hence I wouldn’t have known about any issues at all as there has been zero contact. I...

Their updated on the 27th of Dec CS page says everything would be cleared by the end of that week. Clearly not. Having had no response to my CS query about orders dating back to beginning of Nov I have had no option but to inform them that I am escalating this further with whatever trading...

Interesting. I wonder why Snoop isn’t available as a swap though? Can see why people are a bit pissed off. I’ve been relatively happy as a member for a couple of years but it seems to completely fallen to pieces over December.

Wtf is this. I am an international member so why am I paying for a record club to ship from USA when it seems they’re now on sale over here? What’s the story here?
