I had a paid preorder disappear from my account once...had to email them for a refund. I'm sure there's a percentage of customers who wouldn't have noticed, it just seemed a bit underhand. I put this issue down to vmp's old billing system, but it seems like its happening on the new system too?

Just an update on Recordstore in the UK, they're run by Digital Stores who also run udiscover, there's currently a 2-3 week turnaround on any email sent. Email conversations will take months, as I'm finding out now. Looks like others are having problems too, with over 90% of people giving...

I think most of the jazz I listen to is from around `58 to '64....I'm still enjoying learning about that era, but maybe it's time to also listen to more from the late '60s and '70s. Any recommendations welcome!

I've a few vmp jazz albums such as the ones from Davis/Coltrane, Donald Byrd, Miles, Art Blakey, Johnny Griffin, and really like them all. Also have most of the jazz 'classics' on vinyl. Unfortunately I'm just not feeling the same enthusiasm yet for the McCoy Tyner one, is it just me feeling...
