Fair critique of von trier. Antichrist is definitely shocking/disturbing; I think ultimately I found it compelling but I can't imagine ever re-watching it.

Also, has anybody ever used Comicogs for selling? With the above mentioned physical space issue and a two year break in reading any of my comics I'm interersted in selling a bulk of my collection and am always on the search for an alternative to Ebay.

I didn't see a comics thread so I figured I'd run with it... What's everybody reading? What are your all time favs? Which creators do you follow/admire? Do you still buy physical issues or have you gone digital? I haven't read anything in almost two years now but when I was an avid comic...

Checking in from Richardson. I've lived in the North Dallas areas since I was 3 but I really love this whole state (even tho we have some social/cultural issues, obviously). Josey is probably my favorite "real" record store in the Dallas area but Half Price Books -with its umpteen DFW locations...

True. Not everybody can like everything.

I'm fully willing to admit that preconceived notions have most likely fueled my distaste for MP. Also, it's been like 15 years since I've even attempted to give Fantomas or Tomahawk a fair shake.

I never did a deep dive with that stuff but what I did check out just didn't resonate with me. Perhaps that's partly due to the fact that at the time I was mainly listening to rap or experimental electronic music like Autechre and Mouse on Mars and the post FNM Patton projects weren't hitting...

I dug Faith No More when I was a kid but I could never get into anything after that.
