Ok, I've isolated it to what appears to be a bonafide ground loop. Haven't been able to investigate resolve yet because I just got back into town. Anyone ever subscribe to one of those noise eliminator gizmos? HumZero, HumX, or another worthy equivalent... preferably made in USA?

With the provided instructions here, I was able to dial in azimuth/VTA. Still trying to figure out the Left channel feedback, as I've tested for loose wires/ground to no avail. Leave first thing tomorrow until Thursday night so I won't get back to this until then, unfortunately. Progress is good. 😁

Yes, unipivot. Thus far it doesn't really intimidate me and I enjoy the idea of better overall contact within the grooves... that made the risk worth taking.

Found the balance rod, which lever/knob adjusts the azimuth given VPI doesn't recommend you loosen the azimuth weights? Can tell I'll appreciate the additional tweaks available with this table, but outside of tracking force utilizing counterweight they're new to me. Haven't had time to...

Also, Left channel feedback was before the needle was even lowered. Prior to learning additional arm adjustments, eliminating that will be my priority. Any ideas?

Tracking force is dialed into 1.85 but new to the other settings... so I'll be looking for instructional videos on the mighty Google tonight.

Not necessarily looking to upgrade the cord, but do see this as my end game table.. so I wouldn't be opposed for < $100. The Pangea is 120v and the stock VPI is 115v, does that difference not matter -- even when the owners manual says 115v only? Anyone have links to less expensive alternatives?

Did a bit of research in the absence of replies, and it would appear the stock 115v cord is plenty adequate.
