It's how bad we WERE...

3 weeks to go until the Big Sur International Marathon, and yesterday was the last longest run I've ever done before the race (the next few weeks are lighter to get healed up, rested, and ready for the big one). It was 21 miles and felt pretty good, but today I'm definitely feeling it!

It rings a bell, but I'm at work right now and I don't seem to be able to remember anything about it.
