    Hi music was very much rooted in the British working class music hall/theatre tradition. For me Blur draws way more from The Kinks than Ian but I can see the connection.

    yup super stoked for Murderbot. Love the books. Not sure how well they can pull off all the inner monologue but Skarsgard is sufficiently bland. Funny in my mind, I always pictured Murderbot as Gwendoline Christie

    I actually think the shitty production elevates Exile. Part of the whole mythology of the album.

    2025 Reading Challenge

    Been really struggling with reading this year. Been a real slog. Finished 7 books I think, but couldn't really tell you much about any of them other and Micky 7. Had to give up on Buffalo Hunter Hunter after 2 weeks as it was a total unenjoyable slog and I was only half way through.
