yeah that makes sense. I find I play a lot of games that I really, really enjoy but then see not many people claim it's the best game ever or something universally acclaimed, but still a decent game.

Update - 3rd listen in and I'm vibing with it more. Maybe it's because I'm a little more tired today but it's working. First 5-6 songs are really nice. The melody on "All My Candles" is so good, I'm sad when it ends. It feels like it could keep going and going.

Another new album not dropped on a Friday!! I much prefer random drops rather than everything on one day. For organization's sake everything on Friday is easy to track, but I never have the time to listen to more than 4-5 albums on any given Friday. Anything more than that many albums I usually...

I miss the vibes, bass, and more jazzy-ness, but I have a feeling the second album we get later this year will be more of that classic MIT sound.

You absolutely have to listen to Oncle Jazz and Untourable Album now. EDIT: I've listened to it once now and it's waaaaay more acoustic than anything they've done before. It's fine, but not as similar to those other two albums which I think are better.

Definitely! it’s still a solid 7/10 album, which is fine, they have plenty of good to great to incredible albums. 1-4 on the revised list are all at least 9/10 albums.
