Someone in the Bandbox subreddit posted that you get this auto-reply if you email that address in the documents.

The fact that they sent a vague announcement email with no layman's terms explaining what it means for their customers kinda gives me a cup completely empty feeling too, tbh.

Yeah, I feel like the best case scenario is that we get the records we've already ordered and that remaining Bandbux can be used to buy remaining stock that's being liquidated.
