So you guys would discourage building something like this to house speakers in right (I have Wharfedale Denton's) I do have an entire wall and would love a floor to ceiling type shelf. We work with a pretty cool carpenter and we were already brainstorming a similar idea but I was hesitant...

Just a question about a set up like this. Would it affect the sound quality of your speakers to have them enclosed in a shelf like this? I find the look really clean but I've hesitated because I'm concerned that the speakers like this might cause them to sound very "boomy".

I was in contact with Vincent DeBoer today to thank him as a package of his arrived (👀). He mentioned this album was done in one take, total improvisation. Excited for it.
