Definitely considering front loading DAC and cart purchases I was considering for later in the year to avoid these potential tariff driven price increases. My speaker upgrade options are narrowed down to Klipsch, Zu, and smaller builders. I wonder how much tariffs on parts will affect them?

My first phono pre upgrade (Project Phono Box S2) was when I had an as301. I was blown away by the improvements it made to my Project DC EVO. On the difference between the MP7B and MP8B, my understanding is the power supply is the biggest delta.

Please let me know if it’s worth it.

If you’re looking for a power amp I give a strong recommendation to the Orchard Audio Starkrimson Ultra. Paired with a good preamp it’s a stellar performer.
