London jazz, the paint clue reminds me of their cover, the record was made in Soup Studios, it's a jazz band, less sure on the water clue although Soup Studios is a boat (so is on the water). Even it's not it, it's an amazing album (played it just yesterday)

I've listened through now, and regardless of it being the pick or not...I love it. I'll definitely be picking this up to add to the ever growing jazz collection.

I may well be flogging a dead horse, but that's the Jazz FM chameleon and Nérija were nominated for their breakthrough award in 2016 with their first EP (also excellent).
