Record causing arm and cart to shake / jitter

Its an Analog Productions LP, so i actually thought it should be near completely flat ^^

Does it get worse as the arm moves closer to the label? It's kind of hard to tell, but to me, this looks like an off-center spindle hole (especially in the first video), so the arm is being forced to sway back and forth in addition to moving from the outside to the inside of the record. Standing above the turntable and looking down on the record as it plays will allow for the best look at this. And it sucks.
 
It jitters and wobbles at the first 1-3 minutes pr side. Its not off-center, ive checked :)
