SL-QL1 vs SL-100C

Possibly, but I can say the SL-Q1 gets high marks on Vinyl Engine;

Hi, thanks for welcoming me. No there are no issues with hum or artifacts. The button at the back left that you can press to keep the table spinning to clean the record is a bit intermittent, but that's about it for problems.

Personally, I’d invest that money elsewhere in your system. You’ve got a quartz-locked Technics direct drive already!
