I'm thinking a family of knives with cute faces on them. Like a machete dad, a bowie knife mom all the way down to the little swiss army baby. The Stabby Family.

I’m picturing one of those mobiles of the planets or animals that people hang over a baby’s crib - but instead of planets or animals they’re all unsheathed knifes hanging downward from their handles and, instead of hanging over a crib, it’s hanging over the turntable.

(I tried googling for an image and, shockingly, this isn’t something that appears to exist in the online marketplace, so it would have to be a custom job to make one.)

One of my favorite things ever is that after this comic was published, paleontologists realized they didn't actually have a name for those spikes at the end of a stegosaurus' tail so they went and officially named it the thagomizer.

Mine was flat...but about a month later and more expensive than what showed up at my local. Keep doing this to myself.

I'd definitely request a new copy, they do come in a flat variant.

Sweet. I’ve got that C&H set too. I’ve also got the Far Side one. In a fun twist, The Far Side one is so tall, it doesn’t fit conveniently on any shelves I have, so it just sits on the floor and probably gets read the most.
