I still need to reach out to CS and try to get my third copy of Tribe to hopefully get one that doesn't have brutal static to start a good chunk of side A and plenty of side B. I really hope the upcoming VMP pressing plant sorts out their atrocious QC issues over the last year or so.

I thought I was going crazy. Everyone is raving and I'm thinking there is a ton of static on the front of Side A. Glad I'm not the only one.

My first copy was way worse than my second copy. First one skipped all over the place too. I was so excited after hearing basically nothing but raving reviews, but yeah, the static can be very real.

Yep, I think I posted this here at the time (a month or two ago) but, my first copy had those issues, and they sent a replacement that’s fantastic.

Yeah, I’m not much of a country fan, the fact I thought it was Merle Haggard should tell you, lol. I sub’d to the country track because of Patsy Cline, and I do like Willie and Johnny Cash, but that’s kind of it. I will admit I’m very naïve to outlaw country, so maybe I’ll have to stream them. I can always pick them up later on.

Yeah, if someone likes Willie and Cash, I have no doubts that they would like Waylon. I probably like him the most of those three.
