Oooh interesting. Would love it if they also did The Fountain soundtrack as the Mondo vinyl pressings are make with melted army men and sound like hot garbage.

For some reason I thought Luaka Bop was a sub-label of Nonesuch but apparently not. Either way there is enough interesting things on Nonesuch that need a reissue to make for an interesting 12 months

Storf talked about it on discord. It’s just a 12 month celebration of the Nonesuch catalogue . It’s more like the spiritual jazz capsule release although doubt there will be a bundle of them all.
1k copies of each album. Special OBI. RKS cut. One or two put up each month for preorder

If it's from discord then obviously I trust you, but it was not written like that entirely in the newsletter. It very much made it sound like it would be a year long sub kind of thing. Not like it really matters either which way, but they are terrible at saying what they mean in their actual announcements. I hate all their discord bs.

The discord isn’t bad. Just can be hard to keep up with stuff there.
