Stinks that you have to join that horrible closed platform to get any sort of customer service. They’ve not responded to a single email I’ve sent since I resubbed. And that is on Paulie, he’s over the people who should be answering those e-mails and is over relying on discord as a sticking plaster that isn’t available to all subscribers.
Yea I’m with @hayema7 —all my emails get answered in 24-48 hours. Any chance they have gone to spam or promotions tab in gmail? seems weird that you don’t even get the auto-response emails which makes me think the emails aren’t going through for some reason.

I also have luck getting responses going through the help pop up on their site if I’m having issues.

No don’t use the be evil corp mail and they didn’t go to junk I check that regularly enough!

E-Mail address also 100% correctly entered. And also on follow ups.

I'd screenshot what you've sent and attach it to what you'd send through the site. I think submitting on the site will get a ticket open for you.
 
Smh. Outstanding customer service that is not readily available is not good cs. VMP gonna VMP.
I mean…from a quick look, i don’t think it says anywhere on their website to email info@ for customer service. There are multiple places on the site to get in contact when you have an issue and none point to that email address

Edit; looked more and there’s one place buried at the bottom of a FAQ saying email info at but think you’d kinda have to go out of your way to find that

With all due respect if you take down a customer service email address in long service it doesn’t cut it to just remove its existence from your website. You need to tell people that clearly.

Yea —that’s fair. But that’s probably why it’s not working for you and they have some pretty clearly marked places on their site now for ways to get in touch if you have issues.

Yeah that’s great now I suppose, I kinda wish I’d known that before I sent an email 3 months ago to an email address I’d always used!
