i mean this seems like a big thing to communicate, no? definitely lacking in communication on tons of other stuff. like where my damn impulse box is gonna be pressed.

I'm guessing in their minds they "already did this" - @NewsFedora pointed out in the other thread that they updated the impulse anthology page to say RTI. Proactive communication would be cool, but you know how that goes...

i meant when, not where haha. i imagine they are waiting on the date to email but maybe that's wishful thinking....we'll see. last i saw, they didn't have dates yet on impulse so that's why they haven't emailed about it yet.

they can send me a text any time i visit the website and look at a record, but can't keep me in the loop about a box set i ordered a year ago. I'd rather get an email saying "We'll be pressing this at RTI now and are waiting to lock in the dates. Will be in touch with more details as we have them" than have radio silence for 3 months. the VMPlant stuff happened in March right? I doubt it takes 3 months to get an estimate from RTI on how long the records will take to press.

yeah, they updated the orders page to say August, but I'm guessing that's just to prevent people from asking when it's coming (I think the previous said June)

Also think it’s telling that you only ever see two of Billy, the clown and Joemac in a picture at anyone time. There’s no smoke without fire and all that

Doesn't make much sense to me either...swap window does always seem long though. I'd assume most people swap right when swaps open, or at the last minute when they remember they are signed up to get Pussy Cats and don't want it.
