Speaking of International and Canada.....Tim Hortons.

Okay, are there many Tim Hortons in the U.S. (maybe northern states)? I feel like reading something years ago about how they tried to expand into the U.S. but were too aggressive in the attempted growth.

Now, I used to live in upstate NY (Syracuse) and there were Tim Hortons there. But....this is what surprised me....I was in Monterrey, Mexico over the weekend and there are Tim Hortons everywhere!

We had one across the street but the guy who owned the St Louis ones got into some weird issue and they shuttered. I’m still sad about it

Who knew Magnolia Record Club would be basically the last reputable ROTM club standing and it it not $550 dollars a year. I guess it helps when you have a successful record label backing you.

But also, they are no longer an exclusively Canadian company. They were bought up years ago by the same holding company as Burger King (partly Canadian/partly American I guess).

Google has it owned by Restaurant Brands International, which owns Burger King, Popeyes and Firehouse. Says it's a Canadian/US company.
