Discogs/online purchase question. I put an order in a week ago for a record (and paid) from abroad and the seller has now messaged asking if I want to upgrade to tracked to be protected, stating I am responsible if it goes missing. Surely its the sellers responsibility for shipping?
The charity Oxfam has a 2008 Russian (presumably bootleg) pressing of Herbie Hancock’s Maiden Voyage listed for…£1000. Because it’s rare. Insane
Really angry. Tried getting tickets to Shabaka Hutchings. 2 seconds to 10am and it’s not live. Refreshes at 10am, I click instantly and “not available”. How is that even possible??
We Out Here festival was absolutely fantastic! Managed to see Alabaster DePlume, Goldie, Bonobo, Nubya Garcia, Ezra Collective, Marcos Valle, Black Star, Cymande, Sun Ra Arkestra.....the list goes on!

Bought a record online 2 weeks ago and was told it was posted 2 days later. Then got a message to say it was actually posted on Monday and that I will be given tracking the next day. I messaged yesterday to chase up the tracking and have now been told they will post it today. Suspicious?
I have yet to listen to a record this working week.....thank goodness for working from home, tomorrow is the day to binge!

Picked up a hell of a load at the carboot this morning. An original jazz Esquire, 4 Zappa's (im woefully unfamiliar with him), an original "Sabbath Bloody Sabbath", and a what I believe to be a first pressing of the Beatles "Revolver". -
