It's not even mid-March and I've given away 6 records for April. I don't see any reason to slow down since the idiot re-elected by the dumdasses in my country is hell-bent on imploding the world. Times a'wastin'. Let's make it 9...

I'm now sitting at 147 records given away so far. That's such a clumsy number.

I don't see any reason not to round this thing up to 150 and set a VMD record by giving away 12 records in a month.

Yes, it landed on my doorstep last night!

A very interesting pick. Of course I know Bettye's earlier work (especially into the recent reissue of the Muscle Shoals Sessions from 1972), but not her recent stuff as an almost 80-year-old!

I will spin this by this weekend at latest. Thanks again.
