Not exactly. We’re still getting records here and there but there’s no reliability in CS, shipping timelines or anything. Basically just people riding out subs and credit until the lights go off. Don’t give them any real money. The are down to just two employees, Matt and Tyler, and no one has heard a word from them since the staff was gutted.

I mean it hasn’t officially happened but VMP is literally down to two employees (the owners) and an AI customer service bot that responds only 20% of the time. Writing is on the wall, so make any future purchases or wait on preorders at your own risk.

Ah, I see. I've been out for several years but I dipped back in twice for sales, the last time a year and a half ago.

Probably people who pre-ordered the new blondshell album from them won't receive it. Hopefully the label finds a way to get the album out to people who pre-ordered it or sell it elsewhere
