Bought last minute Mr Bungle tickets.
It may only be January, but as music headlines go; 'Halsey accidentally advocates for second 9/11' is going to be difficult to beat.
I got the new Chromatics record....and they sent me an empty sleeve of another record with it...
Just used the 20% discount to replace a bunch of the VMP records that were lost by the movers.
Update on 'movers-lost-60-records'-gate. They're giving me $1500 out of a 'good will gesture' (after 2 months of arguing with them and threatening them with small claims court) Relocaters said they will cover the other $1000.
An hour after VMP sent their email, I got another shipping notification for Aretha Franklin. That’s the fourth.
Came home from the holidays to discover my VMP packages went to three different addresses.
In a protacted fight with my movers over getting compensation for the missing records.
Finally managed to do an inventory of records since my move... Movers lost 62.
I think my movers lost some of my records.
This evening will mainly be spent watching a taskrabbiter build a new Kallax for me.

Some of you may remember from the old board when I mentioned I had the opportunity to work on a film that Trent Reznor/Atticus Ross were on. Well, the film was called Waves, and the trailer has just been released. I didn't get to see the film to the finish line because of the new job, but was there through out most of the process, and its amazing. Go see it when its out.
First day at the new job today. Felt like the first day at school.
Last day in New York.
Been trying to quit my last remaining film for 3 months before the big move and big corporate job (also the best film I've ever worked on). Finally found the way 1 week before I start at the new job.
T minus 10 days and counting until my west coast move.
Moving to LA in just over a month. Getting nervous...
