Very much enjoying the new Wilco album, harkens back to “Being There” for me.
Sticker shock is getting worse every day: gas, food store, everything is getting way too expensive…Time to curtail the record shopping.
Small local dealer near me got over 40 crates of NM/rarely ever played records from a longtime collector.
Got a UK “Help”, The Band’s “Last Waltz,” S/T, and “Big Pink”, and CCR’s “Willy and the PB” and Ginger Baker Air Force, all for under $175. Stone. mint. OG vinyl.

Bought my first MoFi 24k Gold CD today (Steely Dan - Aja) and holy shit does this thing sound good!
Thoroughly enjoyed the new RHCP album. The fact that it’s a Grundman cut was a nice surprise.
Die-hard audiophiles will have you thinking all CDs sounds like shit. I've started collecting them again (mostly for albums that are too expensive or that I love for easy playing in the house) and so many sound fantastic on a stereo system. And now they mostly cost $1...
Way too excited about the "You've Got Mail" soundtrack that just came in. A great collection of songs, and it sounds much better than I anticipated!
I think a lot of records sound good, and then I throw on a 2014 Beatles mono reissue and it's not even close. More impressed every time. -
